Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard (3–5 business days): $7.95, or free on orders over $99.
• Expedited options may be offered at checkout depending on your address.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names on the outside. The sender appears as our fulfilment partner.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Because state hemp laws vary, we do not ship THCa products to: Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont. Orders to these states will be cancelled and refunded. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state.

Age verification

All customers must be 21 or older. Carriers may require an adult signature on delivery.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received should first be checked with neighbours and the carrier; we’ll help open a claim.

Address errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address are refunded minus shipping.
