Welcome to Uncle Zu. By using this website or placing an order you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase our products, and it must be legal to receive hemp-derived products at your delivery address. By placing an order you confirm both.

Our products

All products sold on this site are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in accordance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”). Products are lab tested and certificates of analysis are published on our Lab Results page. Products are intended for adult use only and are not for resale unless you are an approved wholesale partner.

Health disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Use of these products may result in a positive drug test.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders to states where our products can’t be shipped, orders that appear fraudulent, and orders placed by anyone under 21. If we cancel an order you will receive a full refund.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

The Uncle Zu name, logo, site design and content are our property or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent. Strain names and third-party brand names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncle Zu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
